8-Figure Amazon Seller Account Management

The Account was already generating around 3 Million on monthly basis and the problem was that over time the ranking was dropping because the competitors just start offering lower prices or they run some ranking tactics. So, the challenge was to monitor the ranking on main keywords and make a short-term and long terms strategy to keep the ranking and counter the competitor’s efforts. The main Tasks were;

  • Collaboration with the PPC team

Amazon PPC Management & Sales Growth

This account had long-standing issues of high ACoS, low-profit margins, and low organic ranking.

I was tasked to turn this account around and push it into profit, and after a period of four months, we made this account a shining success by providing sound, proven solutions that offered the client a massive decrease in ad spend, and an overall decrease in ACoS, an increase in organic ranking, orders, and thereby giving a huge increase in profit.

I used a number of different methods to bring this account into profit, first starting with a deep-dive analysis on the account to give the client a data-driven strategy for the account. I then utilized proper listing optimization, and used an advanced-level keyword research method to target the best converting keywords, thereby ranking this listing on the top spot.

All types of ad types were used to create proper brand awareness and maximize the account growth, Regular Optimization and advance strategies helped increasing the organic sales and ranks which helped completing this task, successfully.

Manychat ranking like Guru + reviews

  • It was an old listing and was not ranked for top keywords on amazon.
  • My client didn’t know even top keywords for his product. 
  • An Auto PPC campaign was running and spending 50$ per day and ACOS was above 100%

Solution

  • I developed a chatbot in manychat and integrated with FB ads.
  • chatbot asked people to buy product in different ways.
  • Like I asked them to search different product and then our product.
  • Add different products into cart and then buy ours. The flow is very dynamic and sales look very natural.
  • I hunted top relevant keywords using Helium-10. – Set up of Manual Exact/Phrase campaign for those keywords.
  • Tuned PPC after a week. gathered more keywords from auto campaign. – optimized listing with new keywords – Within a week organic sales went from 5 per day to 15 ( last 3 days).
  • We had to give 65 rebates in 6 days and rank improved from #125 to #20. And I believe it will be in top 5 with 10 more sales through my dynamic intelligent chatbots.
